Nutritional Therapy Consultations 

As a Nutritional Therapy practitioner I am excited to be able to offer 1:1 health coaching and nutrition consultations to help you balance your body and mind to achieve optimal wellness. Some common reasons you might seek a Nutritional Therapist include:

  • Reducing inflammation

Before your first appointment you will be asked to complete a detailed health, nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire along with a few days of a food and mood journal. The information that you provide allows me to prepare for your consultation in advance so that I can ask informed questions to help customize your recommendations.

At the initial consultation (which typically lasts around 60 minutes) I will get a detailed picture of your life story and goals. This will include your health and family history, current health concerns, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, as well as stress levels, psychological and emotional factors and dietary and exercise habits.

After the initial consultation, I will provide you with a customized program and recommendations that we agree on together to support your goals, meet your bio-individual needs and get you purposely rooted in your health.

I believe in working hand in hand with the information you receive from your medical provider. Nutritional Therapy is not a replacement for medical care. 

What do you receive?

You will then be provided with:

  • explanations of dietary and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to any symptoms; and
  • a personalized dietary and lifestyle program designed to meet your individual requirements.

Dietary supplements may be recommended, when necessary or potentially beneficial to boost the nutritional program, based on both scientific evidence and your specific needs or, in some cases, following analysis of any functional test results. If you are currently taking medications, I will check for any potential drug-nutrient interactions.

Programs & Pricing 

One of the key philosophies of the Nutritional Therapy Association is the bio-individuality of each person. While I want to provide some examples of programs, I can also create a custom program based on your individual needs (fasting support, pantry clean-up, grocery store tours). 15 minute consultation: free

A quick touch base to see if we’re a good fit!

Seeding: $150

Dipping your toes in the nutrition waters and not sure how much you are ready to commit to? You will be asked to complete a 3 day food and mood journal and send it to me 3 days before our consultation. During a 60 minute call we will discuss food quality, food timing, macro and micro nutrients and basic lifestyle practices. You will walk away with 3-5 actionable tips to seed into your daily life.

Sprouting: $275

Are you self-motivated and looking for a jump start on your nutrition? This customized program might be for you! After you fill out a food journal and a comprehensive online nutritional assessment, we will meet together for a 60 minute consultation so I can dig into your goals and review your biggest opportunities. We will have a 45 minute follow-up to review a personalized plan that includes nutrient dense foods, supplements and dietary support. You do the work and see your sprouts come to life!

Purposely Rooted: $500

Many people find ongoing nutritional coaching helps create habits and achieve long-term goals. This package includes the same foundation as the sprouting package, however we will dig into lifestyle and movement to create your custom rooted plan that best fits your purpose and goals. This extra time together also gives me an opportunity to provide you additional education on the foundations of digestion, blood sugar balance, fatty acids, hydration and vitamins/minerals, along with sleep, stress, hormesis and movement. This package includes (4) 30 minute calls to track your progress and to work together to overcome any barriers. If you are local we can also do either a pantry clean-up or shopping trip – and if you are a virtual client, we can do a virtual clean-up. I will personalize challenges to help support your health goals and update your plan at the end of our three month partnership. The goal is to get you rooted in a new lifestyle that will serve you years to come.
